I've been using this after my runs and it's incredible. The cold therapy really helps with inflammation, and it stays cold for a long time. Definitely worth the money!

Works well for my sore shoulders. The cold is intense at first but numbs the area nicely. Only wish it came with a cover, but it's easy to hold.
