1. The Store and Its Operator

The Soft Touch (thesofttouch.shop) is an independent, third-party specialty storefront for massage and relaxation equipment from trusted brands, including HoMedics, Comfier, Brookstone, and Majestic Pure. We curate a selection of products to help you compare features and find the right fit for your needs.

The store is owned and operated by Serenity Wellness Commerce LLC, a privately held limited liability company registered in the United States, with its postal address at 1234 Serenity Lane, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78701, United States. Serenity Wellness Commerce LLC is the legal merchant of record for The Soft Touch and is responsible for all commercial transactions, customer commitments, and regulatory compliance associated with this storefront.

The Soft Touch is not an official brand store and is not authorized to sell on behalf of HoMedics, Comfier, Brookstone, Majestic Pure, or any other brand. We are an independent multi-brand specialist, and nothing on this site should be read as an official brand relationship, endorsement, authorization, or exclusive dealership.

2. Use of the Site and Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using thesofttouch.shop, you agree to these Terms of Service. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the site for lawful shopping purposes. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are buying for personal, non-commercial use. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Catalog Information

We work to keep product information accurate by verifying model numbers, voltages, plug types, dimensions, weight, materials, and included accessories against the brand's official product literature before listing an item. We do not warrant that all catalog content is error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with a material error, we may cancel or correct the order and issue a full refund.

5. Pricing and Promotions

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We are an independent retailer: we buy products from authorized distributors and sell them through our own storefront, so our pricing decisions are made in-house and reflect our true cost plus operating expenses. Our focus on a single category — massage and relaxation equipment — helps us streamline product knowledge, supplier relationships, and shipping in ways a general retailer cannot, and those efficiencies are built into the everyday price.

Prices vary across brands and products because each item carries different wholesale costs, feature complexity, warranty coverage, and shipping weight. Promotions vary by brand family, season, and inventory level; for example, a newly launched model may not be discounted, while an older model may be promoted to make room for new stock. Promotional discounts are funded from our gross margin. We never inflate a catalog price before a sale or create a fake original price, so a coupon code represents a genuine saving compared with the regular price.

Promotional codes, such as SOFT15 (15% off eligible items), apply only to eligible products and follow the rules shown at checkout. If a code does not apply to an item at checkout, that item is not eligible for the offer. We may modify or end promotions at any time.

6. Orders and Payment

We accept credit cards and PayPal. When you place an order, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping costs. We send an order acknowledgment by email. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized resale, and we will refund any amount charged for cancelled orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping costs $8.00 per order. Orders over $45.00 ship free. Shipping destinations, delivery options, and estimated timelines are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's delivery record and contact us before using the item, so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@thesofttouch.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match its listing, we will provide a prepaid return label once the issue is accepted for review and offer a refund or replacement upon confirmation.

9. Warranty

Warranty coverage follows the product information included with each item and the manufacturer's support guidance. If you need help with a warranty matter, contact support@thesofttouch.shop with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will direct you to the applicable process.

10. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

All products sold through this storefront are new, in their original packaging, and sourced from the authorized supply chain for the named brand. We do not sell refurbished, open-box, or gray-market items unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. Every incoming shipment is checked against the purchase order and our approved distributor list, and we actively investigate any claim that this commitment was not met.

How to report a concern

If you believe an item is not genuine, contact support@thesofttouch.shop and provide:

• A clear statement of the issue and the product model
• Photos of the outer packaging, labels, serial or batch number, and the item itself
• The order number or the email address used at checkout
• Any communication you have had with the seller or manufacturer about the issue

How we review claims

• Our quality assurance team opens a case and verifies the order details against the supplier invoice.
• Your photos and description are compared with brand-specific packaging and product indicators.
• If the evidence is inconclusive, we may ask you to return the item for physical examination; we provide a prepaid return label when the issue is accepted for review.
• Questionable batches are reported to the distributor and, if necessary, to the brand.
• You receive a written decision with the offered remedy and the reason for the decision.

If an authenticity claim is confirmed, we offer a full refund or a replacement at your choice and cover the return shipping cost — even if the normal return window has passed, as long as you contact us within the published product support period. Serenity Wellness Commerce LLC owns resolution of these claims and remains responsible for investigating and resolving all authenticity and quality matters.

11. Intellectual Property

The content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by The Soft Touch, its licensors, or the respective brand owners. Brand names such as HoMedics, Comfier, Brookstone, and Majestic Pure are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit site content without our permission.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the operation of the site, scrape or data-mine the catalog, misrepresent your identity, or use the site to buy products for unauthorized resale.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
