The foot massager is good, but the heating pad takes a while to warm up. Once warm, it's cozy. Good value for the price.

I suffer from chronic lower back pain and this set is a godsend. The heating pad is large (24x33 inches) and covers my entire back when I sit on it. It heats up quickly and feels so soothing. The foot massager with remote is also excellent—the shiatsu motion works out the knots. I've been sleeping better since I started using it.
